These terms govern the sale of products on gindeisibillini.com, the e-commerce division of Sibillini Spirits S.r.l., Via Simone Baldi snc, 62035 Fiastra (MC), Italy, VAT number 02052810435. Placing an order means accepting them.
Legal drinking age
We sell alcoholic beverages. By ordering you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country and that the products are not intended for anyone below that age. We may refuse or cancel an order where this requirement is not met.
Products and information
Each product page states the characteristics, size, price, ingredients and how the product is best served, with images where available. Products are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code.
Prices
All prices shown on the site include VAT. Shipping costs, where due, are shown in the order summary during checkout and repeated in the order confirmation. Price changes take effect when published on the site and do not apply to orders already confirmed.
Payment methods
Payments are encrypted and protected by an SSL certificate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards, PayPal and bank transfer. Card data are processed by the payment provider and are never stored by us.
Shipping
We ship to Italy, including the islands, and to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We do not ship outside the countries listed above. In particular, following the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union, we cannot ship to the UK through this website: alcoholic beverages are excise goods, and each consignment would require a customs declaration, UK import VAT and UK excise duty. Enquiries from the United Kingdom and other non-EU countries are handled as trade supplies only. Write to info@sibillinispirits.com and we will put you in touch with the right channel.
Island destinations carry a carrier surcharge, already included in the amount shown at checkout: Sardinia, the Balearic Islands, Corsica, Madeira and the Azores.
Shipping within Italy is free on orders over 59 euro. Below that amount a flat rate applies, shown at checkout. Orders to the Sardinian islands are subject to a dedicated rate. For all other countries, shipping is charged and calculated at checkout on the basis of the destination and the order; free shipping does not apply outside Italy.
Orders are delivered by express courier, normally within 24 to 48 working hours in Italy, with longer times for the islands and for international destinations. Delivery times are indicative and are not binding.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order within 14 days of placing it, by writing to info@sibillinispirits.com. If the order has already been dispatched, the right of withdrawal below applies instead.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase without penalty within 14 working days of receiving the goods, by written notice to info@sibillinispirits.com stating the products concerned, the order number and the order date. You then return the goods to our address; return costs are borne by you.
Products must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging. The price and shipping costs are not refunded for products whose seal has been removed or cut, or which have been damaged, used or altered in a way that makes them unsellable.
Personal data and intellectual property
Personal data are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. All content on this site, including texts, images, logos and the names of our products, belongs to Sibillini Spirits S.r.l. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, nor for the improper use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the relationship between Sibillini Spirits S.r.l. and the customer are governed by Italian law, including Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Italian Consumer Code) where the customer qualifies as a consumer. Consumers resident in the European Union also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
