Tasting it neat reveals all the quality of the finest premium gins on the market. Gin del Vettore is excellent in a classic G&T. In cocktails, it performs as a solid Dry Gin, and its substantial 43.8% ABV makes it versatile for any type of preparation. It definitely deserves a good place on the shelf,without a doubt, one of the most interesting gins produced in the Marche region.
A gin I truly love. The wormwood gives it a bitter note, while the lemon balm adds a hint of lemon. The juniper from the Sibillini mountains is woody and balsamic, with slightly sweet undertones. The dill provides a mint-like flavor that brings freshness to the recipe. Coriander adds structure, while angelica acts as a binding element for all the botanicals. Finally, the “Mela Rosa” apple from the Sibillini gives a gentle sweetness to the distillate. It’s a dry gin, yet at the same time fresh and intense. Marked by pronounced balsamic notes but ending on a herbal finish, it achieves a beautiful balance that is immediately evident when enjoyed neat.
A bitter liqueur that captivates you from the very moment you pour it: I drink it neat, slightly chilled. The bitterness is clear but never unpleasant, quite the opposite, in fact.
