What we collect and why
Purchases. When you place an order we process your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number and order details. We need these data to conclude and perform the sales contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet our tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Card details are never stored by us: they are handled directly by our payment providers.
Account. If you create an account, we store your credentials and the orders linked to it, on the basis of the contract.
Age verification. Because we sell alcoholic beverages, the site asks you to confirm that you are of legal drinking age. The answer is stored in a cookie on your device; we keep no record of it on our servers.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we process your email address on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message.
Contact forms. What you write in a form is used to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Reviews. If you leave a product review, the name you choose and the text are published on the site.
Statistics and marketing. Where you consent to it, third-party services help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. The details are in the Cookie Policy.

We use the following providers. Some may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, in which case the transfer takes place under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep data
Order and invoicing data are kept for ten years, as Italian tax law requires. Account data are kept until you ask us to close the account. Newsletter data are kept until you unsubscribe. Data collected by statistics and marketing services follow the periods set out in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, to have them corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to their processing, and to receive them in a portable format. This site is not intended for people below the legal drinking age and we do not knowingly collect their data.
